LA PORTE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT DRUG TESTING KITS – $5.00 CASH/KIT/
The La Porte county health department is partnering with the La Porte County Drug Free Partnership by offering drug testing kits.
The kits are intended for parents who suspect their children are using drugs. This tool will hopefully assist parents in assessing the actions being made by the adolescent.
Kits can also be purchased by the user who is trying to get clean to obtain employment. Most companies are joining the campaign to continue unannounced drug testing within the workplace to help combat drug use.
Drug testing kits are a one step drug screen test card. This kit is a rapid, one step screening test for the simultaneous, qualitative detection of multiple drugs and drug metabolites in human urine. No instruments are needed for this kit. The Reditest can detect the following drugs. Street names are in parentheses:
Amphetamine and MDA (speed, amp, bennie, chalk, black bunnies)
Cocaine (big C, coke, snow, flake, candy, crack, blow, rack)
