All parcels that have a balance due from spring of the prior year or before are tentatively scheduled for Tax Sale. There are several deadlines for making payments, with increasing amounts due. A $220.00 tax sale charge is added to the amount due and all names are published in the local newspapers.
Bidders must register with SRI prior to the sale.
