RAVE Alert update: To ensure that we can get up-to-date and valuable health information out to the citizens who want to receive it, please follow these instructions for Rave Alert. If you wish to get Covid-19 updates via Rave Alert, please go to your text messaging program and send lpccovid to 77295. In the text field, type the following letters only: lpccovid Please do not add anything else but those letters in order to be added to the Covid 19 listserv. The message must be typed exactly as above. Beginning on March 21st, Covid-19 alerts will only be sent to that group.

La Porte County Jail update:
Effective immediately and until further notice, the Video Visitation Room in the commons area of the La Porte County Complex will be closed. Citizens who wish to conduct a video visit with an inmate who is confined in the La Porte County Jail will still be able to do so remotely from their own device
