An adult must be present if the client is under 16 years of age
The nurse practitioner will determine if symptoms/exposure meet rapid test criteria otherwise conventional testing will be provided. Appointments may be secured online
  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.
  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
  • Stay home when you are sick.
  • Keep tissues near your work station. Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue.
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using household cleaning spray or disinfecting wipe

Apply Starting July 13, 9 am Eastern, 8 am Central

 Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb announced on June 24, 2020 the Indiana COVID-19 Rental Assistance Program. This program is designed to help Indiana renters whose income has been adversely affected by COVID-19 avoid eviction by providing up to $2,000 in assistance to help cover monthly rent payments or late fees.

The application to apply will be available online beginning on July 13, 2020 at 9:00 am EST.

Applications will be accepted through beginning July 13, 2020 at 9:00 am Eastern time.

Indiana will continue the stay on evictions until July 31, 2020.
