LaPorte County, IN Workshop: State-Led Broadband Grant Program
LaPorte County is excited to announce a workshop focused on the “County Broadband Progress 2024” state-led grant program, scheduled for Wednesday, May 22, 2024, from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM. The event will take place at The Commissioner’s Meeting Room and is open to the public.
In collaboration with local broadband providers, the workshop will delve into the Broadband Equity and Deployment (BEAD) initiative and the forthcoming Next Level Connection (NLC) grants provided by the State of Indiana. These grants aim to enhance broadband infrastructure and accessibility across the region.
This workshop is a vital step towards bridging the digital divide and ensuring equitable access to high-speed internet for all LaPorte County residents.
