Members must be knowledgeable in the valuation of property.
The fiscal body of the County shall appoint 2 individuals, at least one must be a certified level two assessor-appraiser.
The Board of Commissioners shall appoint three individuals, at least one must be a certified level two assessor-appraiser.
Not more than 3 of the 5 members may be of the same political party.
