The La Porte County Health Department will resume immunization services on June 28th at our new Michigan City branch office located at 300 Washington ST, Suite 106 (first floor of the new Michigan City court house). Immunizations clinics are offered by appointment on Mondays in La Porte Office and Tuesdays in Michigan City.
Our clinics are able to service children who are less than 19 years of age and are either uninsured or enrolled in Medicaid. Adult vaccines are also available on clinic days by appointment and are cash pay.
