Effective January 19, 2021, LaPorte County Health Department is pleased to announce the relocation of our COVID-19 testing site to our Michigan City office location at 302 West 8th Street, Suite 4.
Our appointment-based clinic offers free COVID-19 testing available to all members of the public regardless of symptoms. Children as young as 2 years of age can be tested with parental consent. Appointments and preregistration may be secured by visiting: Scheduling.coronavirus.in.gov
Clinic hours:
Monday through Friday 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
Every other Saturday 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
