The Board of Construction Review shall consist of five people appointed by the Board of Commissioners for a term of three years, with the first appointments staggered.
Two members for a term of three years.
Two members for a term of two years.
One member for a term of one year.
To qualify for membership on the Board of Construction Review, an individual canidate must have a working understanding of fire prevention and building safety code laws of the State of Indiana and/or be willing and able to develop and understand the fire prevention and building safety code laws of the State of Indiana.
